U vruću vodu stavimo kuhati krumpir u ljusci. Na laganoj vatri na masti uz povremeno okretanje (ne prečesto) pečemo krvavice. U posebnoj tavi pirjamo usitnjeni crveni luk. Kuhani krumpir ogulimo i nasječemo na tanke listiće. Dodamo ga na pirjani luk, solimo, paprimo i uz miješanje pržimo desetak minuta.
